    Shut up, God! — TREMG

Shut up, God! Is the word we say without even realizing that we say it. Shut up, God! Let me have my way. How often have you made a resolution and you find yourself going back on that resolution? At that moment in time, you are saying, shut up, God! I want to have my […]

  • My Vomit

    My Vomit

How life writes its own story?
    My vomit –
The ejected matter of my life,
Is been taken by another man!

    Girl vomiting
    My Vomit

    How I wonder within me:
    Vomit a woman several times,
There is always a man somewhere
Ready to gulp her down his throat!

    True to the rumors,
Life grows in her and baby is born.
    Yet, her mama died!
    Thank God for the baby,
Her life would have been empty.

    Several times over,
Have I try to purge her,
    But my weakness fails me.
If life have not written its story,
Who would have claimed the baby?

Can the baby be truly mine?
    …the baby of my vomit,
A baby after a story has ended.
How I wish not that the time is true.
    Hopefully, though …

  • The Priest and the Sinner

    The Priest and the Sinner

God had continued to whisper softly in his ears but his anger was too profound to make him hear a word. ‘The man who raped someone's daughter could kill someone! he was reasoning. He had made a decision and nothing would change his mind about what to do. His sleep had been robbed by this unfortunate incident.

The incident even sometimes made him forget what he wanted to do or what to eat. He was obsessed with the progressive plans on his mind. Each time he looks upon his daughter, he sees the man and feels the pain his daughter has felt. The more he felt the pain, the more he knew, he had to revenge the wrong to smile back on his daughter's face.

He was tossing and turning on his bed, rain was hitting hard on the roof and knocking on the windows. The winds were roaring outside. It had been like that all night. It was a storming night. The Priest got out of bed. The light was on in his daughter's room.

Maybe she could not sleep either.

The Priest‘s heart was shattered into a million pieces to see his family this way. He reasoned that if he had done something worthwhile about it, this would not have happened. And the memory would have gone away like a bad dream.

He walked back to his room like a strangled man. The worst of the world was written on his face like a ruin. He was waiting for the day to break so that he could put his house in order and bring smiles and laughter back to his home. There would be peace again.

He began by making plans in his heart: he would call his daughter to show him the man. He could not imagine what the devil would look like. Of course, he would be handsome, soft-spoken, and friendly.

The world has often made the mistake of imagination that makes evil men look like a creature that has claws and horns. How else would a rapist look like, if not like the rest of us!
He decided to kill the man, his mind was finally made up.

He would turn deaf ears to his gentle inner voice and listen to his anger and disgrace instead. Otherwise, he won’t do anything about it, and worst of all, he would allow the evil to walk about free. Soon he would rape another man's daughter!

His priesthood had often denied him of his human right to avenge a wrong. He stopped listening altogether, and there was indeed a knock on the door!

‘Who could be calling so early at this hour?’ he wondered, ‘why had the caller chosen the church?’ It was a duty call.

Priesthood took over in that instant. He walked briskly to the church without a second thought nor a glance at his worries. At the church entrance stood a man in his late twenties. He was drenched and shivering. His worries were written all over him like a gigantic billboard.

    THE END.

5 Reasons You need to Speak in Tongues

Why do you have to speak in tongues?

    The Upper Room
    Speaking in tongues

    • Speaking in tongues is one of the evidence of Holy Spirit baptism. (Acts 2: 1-4)
    • It is a sign to the unbelievers. (Acts 2: 8, 1 Corinthians 14: 22)
    • It is one of the signs that will accompany those who believe. (Mark 16: 17)

The most important evidence of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit is the change that occurs in men and women. We all experience a change when we receive Holy Spirit baptism.

    • Saul became a new person and began to prophecy. (1 Samuel 10: 6)
    • Fearful Peter became bold. He courageously preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ. (Acts 2: 14-41)

5 reasons some people are baptized in the Holy Spirit: though they bear fruit of the Holy Spirit, they don’t speak in tongues.

    Speaking in Tongues
    Speaking In Tongues

    • Some are afraid to receive the Holy Spirit baptism.
    • Some don’t even ask for it.
    • Some don’t want the stigma that is often attached to people who are known to speak in tongues.
    • Some listen to Satan. Satan tells them they’re making up the words that come out of their mouth!
    • Some don’t believe in it to receive it.
    • Some have been taught that it is not biblical.

Satan has chosen Speaking in tongues of all other gifts to discredit it. And some people seem to get all upset when they see others speaking in tongues.
Act 2:4: Says: “All spoke in tongues. “

It means that God purposely sent the gift and made them available to us because He wants us to have it!
This point out that there must be something very valuable in speaking in tongues.

12 Values of Speaking in Tongues:

    • When we speak in tongues, we speak secrets and mysteries unto God. Speaking in tongues is a spiritual language that Satan cannot understand. (1Corinthians 14:2)
    • When we pray in tongues, we edify ourselves and build ourselves up spiritually and also build up our faith. (Jude :20, 21)
    • When we speak in tongues, we are conscious of the fact that God lives in us. (1 Corinthians 14: 4)
    • When we speak in tongues, we are prophesying great things over our own lives. It is a great way to “Call things that be not as if they are.” (Roman 14: 17)
    • When we pray in tongues, it is a way to pray accurately when we don’t know how to pray as we ought. (Roman 8: 26,27)
    • When we pray in tongues, it enables us to pray much, even when our minds are tired. (1 Thessalonica 5: 17, Ephesians 6: 18)
    • Speaking in tongues allows us to pray for things an situations we don’t know about. And people we don’t know about and certainly don’t know how to pray for.
    • Speaking in tongues strengthens our relationship with God.
    • Speaking in tongues helps us to train our Spirits to hear the voice of God and to operate in the other gifts of the Holy Spirit.
    • Speaking in tongues is a spiritual gift to help others and edifies others when translated.
    • Speaking in tongues refreshes our Spirits and our minds. And we can receive power from God.
    • Speaking in tongues helps God get control of our tongues.

We should encourage people to speak in tongues and not forbid them through our actions and teachings. (1 Corinthians 14: 39)
Holy Spirit gives ability to speak out. (Acts 2: 4)

2018 Cross Over Service @The Redemption Camp

    Ministering: Pastor E.A Adeboye

We give you all the glory, we give you honour, we give you all the glory, we give you honour. Amen

    Text: Luke 2:13-14
Most of the times when we are doing any form of thanksgiving, we focus the attention on ourselves; oh am grateful am healed, I got a new job and grateful for this and am grateful for that but here the angels teaches us the focus of our thanksgiving should not be us but for God.

For the next few minutes before we enter the new year, we want to thank God for God not for you and not for me. We want to thank God the father, the greatest giver in Genesis 2:7, we see God the father, is the giver of life, He formed man from the dust and breath on Him the breath of life.

In Johns 3:16, the bible says for God so loved the world, He gave His begotten son, He gives everlasting life. In James 1:5, If any man lack wisdom, he should ask, He is the giver of wisdom.

In 1 Timothy 6:17, He gives us richly all things to enjoy. In Psalm 68:19, He loads us with benefits, the yorubas call Him Olodumare. In Psalm 23:5, David said thou prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies.

When we talk of numbers, they have meanings, when we get to 7, we say, it is the number of perfection but there is something greater than perfection.

In James 1:17, The bible says every good and perfect gift comes from the father, should I hear somebody shout, thank you God the Father, thank you God the Son, John 15:13, He says God the son is your greatest friend. He is not only your greatest friend, in John 13:1, It tells you, His friendship is forever.

Many of us has had friends that disappointed us. You have people who pretends to be your friends when all is well but the moment things dry up, the mock God the son.

Hebrews 13:8, He Loves you all the time. He will be my friend in 2019. In Hebrews 13:5, it says, I will never leave you or forsake you. Psalm 121:5, it tells you how close His friendship is, His friendship is close as shadow. He doesn’t die, He is by your side 24/7 for the rest of your life.

Thank you God the son for giving to us your name, John 14:14, He gives us a blank cheque, just make sure His name is there as your signatory. We want to thank God the Son for His name and you will discover why we must thank God for His name in 2019.

You need that name in 2019. In year 2019, witches, wizards will bow, every mountain will bow. Amen
We want to thank God for the son, for His blood.

The blood that brings us salvation, victory. We want to thank God for the sun Colossians 1:27, He is our hope of glory.

We want to thank God the Holy Spirit. What will our life be without the comforter, John 14:26. Thank God for the comforter. I won’t go into details but I will thank the comforter again, again and again.

We want to thank the Holy Spirit for power, Acts 1:8. Power from the Holy Spirit. Let me hear somebody say, Thank you the Holy Spirit.

    Psalm 67:5-7
If you praise God the Son, your promotion will be accelerated

When you praise God for God the Holy Spirit, He will give you ability to prophesy.

For the next few minutes, thank God the Father, thank God for the Son and Thank God for the Holy Spirit.

We are going to shout 3 powerful halleluyah, 1st for God the Father, the 2nd for God the Son, and the 3rd for God the Holy Spirit

This year, please focus your attention on God and let Him do the rest that He need to do for you. The problem we have is that we have been focusing too much on ourselves.

This year 2019, with all pleas, don’t miss the Holy Ghost Service, because God helping me (Daddy G.O), by the time this year 2019 is ending, you will not be asking God to deliver you from witches or wizards or demons, you will be saying wherever the demons are, they should come out.

You won’t be praying for healing, you will be looking for who to pray for and they will receive healing.

God has no pleasure in the sacrifice of a sinner. He says the sacrifice of a sinner is an abomination to Him, if you say thank you father, He will say shut your mouth, if you say thank God the son, He will say shut your mouth and if you say thank God the Holy Spirit, He will say shut your mouth because my name is Holy.
